The series of Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Books
BOOK 1 introduces the basic knowledge of using an abacus and introduces basic rules for carryover in one-digit addition.

BOOK 2 introduces all the rules for carryover and two-digit addition and subtraction on the abacus.

BOOK 3 helps students to review all the rules for carryover on the abacus and addition and subtraction within 100.

BOOK 4 helps students to review all the rules for carryover on the abacus and addition and subtraction over 100.

BOOK 5 helps students to train addition and subtraction within ten thousand and decimals units, and also multiplication and division.
Highlights of the workbooks

The counting concept on the abacus is visualized using stories and real-life scenarios. This makes the abacus fun and also be easily understood by young kids.
Illustrations are provided to demonstrate how to move the beads and when to apply the abacus rules for the arithmetic problems.
The alternated number– and bead– arithmetic calculation practices train your child to acquire simple addition and subtraction skills and build an abacus image in the mind. Each unit contains both abacus training and mental training.
